Get found online

Your listings rank on content, reviews and conversion. We fix all three, then make your ad spend prove what it books.

Charge what the room is worth

Rates and guest mix reviewed every week against real demand. RevPAR moves because someone is deciding, not guessing.

savings

Spend less running it

Cost per room night, tracked and pulled down. AI does the checking, so nothing renews at last year’s price plus five.

insights

See it all in one place

Bookings, costs, payroll and contracts in one live view. You catch the signal in week two, not at year end.

THE PROBLEM: Your team doesn't give you the full picture

Your GM runs the operation. The channel takes its cut. The agency spends the budget. The supplier sends the invoice. Everyone does their job, and no one is answerable for what the hotel actually earns. That doesn’t show up as a mistake. It shows up as a number that’s quietly ten to twenty percent short. That’s the job we take.

Where the money goes missing

Three things we find in almost every property we look at.

0%

Loss in earning potential due to suboptimal product mix

0%

Spend on digital marketing & channels with little results

0%

Bad reviwes leading to lost customers

Low occupancy, flat rate. is rate the problem or is it the mix?

Serviced residences, heavy ad spend, thin direct bookings, lower net profit.

Reviews across online OTAs, Maps, Social, no one tracks.

WHAT WE FIX: Start with the right questions

Six questions, Driving Revenue Up or Costs Down.

Pick the one you thought about this week.

restaurant

01

Is your revenue mix right?

Rooms are one line. The rest of the hotel is where the margin hides.

  • check_circleWhat each room type earns after commission, not before
  • check_circleF&B, spa, parking, late checkout, laundry — priced and actually sold
  • check_circleGuest mix reviewed weekly: corporate, group, direct, OTA
  • check_circlePackages built so services sell with the room, not as an afterthought

Step one covers this. Free, and yours to keep.

travel_explore

02

You’re spending on reach. Is anyone finding you?

You pay for eyes. The only question is what they book.

  • check_circleListings rebuilt for how each platform decides what to show
  • check_circleEvery dollar of spend traced to the booking it made
  • check_circleCost per booking by channel, side by side
  • check_circleA direct channel, so you stop buying your own name back

Step one covers this. Free, and yours to keep.

reviews

03

Are your reviews costing you bookings?

A score is a price. Half a star changes what you can charge.

  • check_circleEvery review read and traced to what caused it
  • check_circleComplaints mapped to the shift, the team, the moment
  • check_circleReplies handled fast and in your voice — response speed moves ranking too
  • check_circleScore tracked weekly against the fixes, so you know what worked

Week one covers this. Free, and yours to keep.

handshake

04

Are your vendors worth what you pay them?

Contracts renew quietly. Prices never stay still.

  • check_circleWhat you pay per room night, by vendor, by property
  • check_circleSame supplier quoting different prices across sites — flagged
  • check_circleRenewals surfaced early, while you still have leverage
  • check_circleService levels checked against what the contract promised

Start with: a Vendor & Cost Audit

monitoring

05

Do you know what’s broken right now?

A room out of order earns nothing and tells nobody.

  • check_circleRooms out of order tracked to cause, and to nights lost
  • check_circleEquipment faults, repeat failures, how long repairs really take
  • check_circleAlerts when something slips — not a report six weeks later
  • check_circleOne view: bookings, costs, faults, staffing

Step one covers this. Free, and yours to keep.

balance

06

Is your operator earning their fee?

They write the report, set the budget, and work out their own fee.

  • check_circleTheir numbers rebuilt from source data, not taken as read
  • check_circleFees recalculated against what your contract actually says
  • check_circleBudget challenged before you sign it
  • check_circleTerms benchmarked before renewal, while you still hold cards

What we need from you

Nothing.

No P&L, no PMS login, no data. We use information we already buy. You give us an hour at the end to hear what we found.

What you get

  • check_circleYour competitive set, named, and why each hotel is on the list
  • check_circleYour rate against theirs, night by night, 90 days out
  • check_circleHow your tier performed on occupancy, room rate and RevPAR
  • check_circleEvery listing scored, with the missing fields listed
  • check_circleTwo years of reviews grouped by what caused them
  • check_circleWho is bidding on your hotel’s name and what it costs you
  • check_circleThe revenue gap in dollars, with the assumptions written down

We’ll also tell you what we couldn’t see. Staff cost, real channel mix, what your vendors charge per occupied room. That needs your numbers, and that’s weeks two to four. Stop after week one and the work is still yours.

Most owners find something weeks they didn’t know was there.

How we do it

People who’ve run hotels. AI doing the legwork.

Hotel operators, finance professionals, revenue and digital specialists — with an AI stack carrying the volume so the thinking gets the time.

“Most hotels we look at are earning less than they can. Not because anyone is doing a bad job — because nobody’s job is the whole number.”

Common Questions

Do we have to change our PMS or channel manager? expand_more

No. We work on top of Opera, Cloudbeds, Guesty, Hostaway, or spreadsheets. We are not selling you software.

We have a GM, an operator, an agency. Where do you fit? expand_more

Above them. Each one does their job and reports on their own numbers. We are answerable for the whole number. Where a third party runs your building, we also read their reporting independently.

Is this consulting? expand_more

No. A consultant leaves a deck and goes home. We stay in the operation every month and get measured on what the property earns.

Do you replace our revenue manager or agency? expand_more

Only if you want. Usually we set the strategy and hold everyone to it, and they execute.

Which markets do you cover? expand_more

Singapore and India directly, with teams supporting properties across Asia. Under about 50 keys the numbers rarely work for either of us. Fifty to five hundred is where we pay for ourselves several times over.

What’s the catch with a free week? expand_more

None. It costs us a few hundred dollars to produce and it is the most useful sales call we can make. Roughly half the owners who take it do not go further. They keep the work.

Do you need access to our systems? expand_more

Not in step one. Nothing at all. From step two we would need your P&L, a PMS export and your channel statements — and only if you want to carry on.
