How an analyst engagement runs
The same three stages on every engagement, documented as an SOP your analyst works against.
01
Clear workflow mapping
Our principals sit with you and document the actual process: what happens, in which tool, and what a good output looks like. That becomes the SOP your analyst runs against.
02
AI for repeatable parts
Where a step is rules-based — matching, extracting, enriching, formatting — we use tools that run around your existing systems. There is nothing for you to migrate to.
03
Functional expertise for judgement
Exceptions, decisions and anything needing context go to your analyst. Every output passes a person before it reaches you, and our Singapore desk spot-checks the work.
Route 02 · System It
Your Software Can Cost Less and Deliver More Powerful Outcomes
We audit your software stack to help you lower software cost and build smart connectors on top of your tools to make your workflows faster.
Route 02 · System It
Lower Software Cost & Make Systems Smarter
The engineering arm behind our analysts — and available to you standalone. Replace expensive software, run AI privately, or get something custom built — scoped by sprint or milestone.

Automate manual processes — onboarding, approvals, reporting — end to end
Company knowledge consolidated into a searchable, always-current wiki
How a build runs
Three stages, scoped and priced by milestone rather than by the hour.
01
Scope the workflow
Our principals map what actually happens today, where the handoffs break, and what a working system would need to do. You get a written scope with milestones before anything is built.
02
Prototype in weeks
We build against your real data rather than a demo set, so you see the thing working on your own numbers early and can redirect it while it is still cheap to change.
03
Deploy and hand over
The system goes live inside your environment, with documentation and a handover to your team. If you would rather not run it yourself, that is where Route 01 comes in.

Answers to Common Inquiries
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are your analysts based, and who employs them?
Rungentic is operated from Singapore. The contracting entity, the supervising principals and the quality assurance desk all sit here, which is why your agreement, your NDA and your escalation path are governed by Singapore law. The analysts who carry out your day-to-day work are based in Bengaluru, India, working partly from our office there and partly remotely. They are engaged by us, as our own personnel or contracted specialists, and never become your employees, so you carry no payroll, benefits or severance exposure. Wherever an analyst is working from on a given day, access to your systems runs through named user accounts that you create, monitor and can revoke at any time, and the same supervision and quality checks apply.
How does Rungentic's supervised model differ from Upwork or freelance platforms?
Marketplace platforms provide unmanaged individuals with zero quality guarantees, leaving 100% of testing, training, and QA to you. Rungentic pairs pre-vetted domain specialists with 20+ year veteran supervision and QA spot-checks, ensuring structured SOP compliance from day one.
Who are the industry experts supervising our analysts?
Our partners, principals and delivery heads have 20+ years of cross-border experience leading finance, operations, and technology initiatives across APAC, US, and EMEA. They build and audit the SOP checklists your analysts execute daily.
Is our analyst exclusive to us, or shared across clients?
Our primary engagement model is dedicated analysts for the full contracted capacity. However, to optimize costs, we also offer shared analysts complying with strict policies of engagement and quality. The supervising veteran lead and the QA desk are shared resources across the client book.
What happens when our analyst is on leave, unwell, or unavailable?
Because every workflow runs on a documented SOP rather than sitting in one person's head, a trained backup analyst from the same track picks up the queue. Planned leave is notified to you in advance with the cover arrangement confirmed beforehand; unplanned absence is covered by the QA desk the same working day. Public holidays follow your market's calendar, not the delivery centre's, and are agreed during scoping.
What reporting do we receive, and how often?
Apart from a dedicated Slack or Teams channel, we also offer clients a portal to track items, showing what is completed, blocked and queued. A weekly summary covers volumes processed, exceptions raised, and QA spot-check results, and a monthly review with the supervising lead covers scope changes and performance against the agreed SOPs. Reporting format is set during onboarding and can be adapted to your existing internal templates.
Which time zones and regions do you support?
Our analysts cover business hours across Singapore (SGT), Australia (AEST/AWST), the UK (GMT/BST), UAE (GST), and North America (EST/PST).
Where is our data stored and processed?
Your data stays in your systems. Analysts work inside your own applications through named user accounts you create and control, so no copy of your ledger or CRM is held on our side by default. Working files and SOP documentation are access restricted to the assigned analyst and supervising lead. Where a workflow genuinely requires a file to be handled outside your systems, we will formalize a custom data retention policy with you.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. We do not use client data to train or fine-tune any model, and we do not permit third-party providers to use it for training either. Where a workflow needs AI processing of sensitive material, we can run it on a privately hosted or self-hosted model inside a controlled environment — the same capability our Studio team builds for clients. Whatever the arrangement, it is documented before work begins, and a person reviews the output before it reaches you.
Does the replacement option have a time limit?
No. Our replacement option applies for the whole time you are engaged with us, not only during an opening trial window. If an analyst is not performing, the management desk investigates, and where a replacement is the right answer we reassign a qualified analyst at no additional cost. Handover is run against the existing SOPs so you are not re-training from scratch.
What happens if an analyst is not the right fit?
Under our replacement option, our management desk immediately steps in to resolve issues or reassign a qualified analyst with no disruption to your workflow or extra charges.
How are we billed, in what currency, and by what method?
Analyst engagements are invoiced monthly in advance in US dollars by AccelXC Pte Ltd, Singapore. We accept card payment and international bank transfer, and invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. There are no platform fees, recruitment fees, or per-task surcharges. AI Studio projects are invoiced against the sprint or milestone schedule agreed in the statement of work.
Are there long-term contracts, and what notice is needed to cancel?
No. All Rungentic analysts are billed month-to-month with no termination penalty. To stop or reduce an engagement, give us 30 days' written notice; the analyst continues working through the notice period and completes a documented handover of open items and SOPs before access is revoked. AI Studio projects run to the milestones set out in the statement of work.
Will you sign an NDA governed under Singapore law?
Yes. Standard mutual NDAs and confidentiality protections governed under Singapore law (AccelXC Pte Ltd) are signed prior to any system access or onboarding. If you prefer to use your own NDA template, we will review and sign it.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the supply of managed analyst and AI engineering services by AccelXC Pte Ltd, registered at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914, trading as Rungentic ("we", "us"), to the client entity that engages us ("you").
1. The service
We supply one or more dedicated analysts working within your own systems under standard operating procedures agreed during onboarding, together with supervision and quality assurance from our Singapore desk. Analysts are our personnel or contracted specialists; they do not become your employees, and we remain responsible for their engagement, payment and conduct.
2. Engagement, term and cancellation
Analyst engagements run month to month with no minimum term. Either party may end or reduce an engagement on 30 days' written notice. During the notice period the analyst continues to work and completes a documented handover of open items before access is revoked. AI Studio projects run to the milestones set out in the relevant statement of work.
3. Fees and payment
Analyst fees are invoiced monthly in advance in US dollars and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. Fees exclude any third-party software licences, advertising spend or subscriptions, which remain your cost. We do not charge recruitment fees, platform fees or per-task surcharges. We may suspend service on written notice if an invoice remains unpaid 14 days past its due date.
4. Replacement and service standards
If an assigned analyst is not performing to the agreed standard, notify the management desk. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reassign a qualified analyst at no additional cost for as long as the engagement is running. Our obligation is to supply the service with reasonable skill and care; we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access to the systems the work requires, for the accuracy of the source data you supply, and for reviewing and approving anything that is filed, published, paid or submitted to a third party on your behalf. Analysts support your finance and operations function; they do not provide accounting, audit, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing produced under this engagement should be relied on as such.
6. Intellectual property
Work product created specifically for you in the course of an engagement, including custom SOPs, models, dashboards and code written under a statement of work, belongs to you on payment of the relevant invoice. Our pre-existing methods, templates, tooling and general know-how remain ours, and we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them to the extent they are embedded in your work product.
7. Liability
Neither party excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total aggregate liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Version 1.0 · Effective 1 July 2026. These summary terms are provided for transparency; the signed services agreement and any statement of work take precedence where they differ.
Privacy & Data Protection
AccelXC Pte Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact our data protection contact at hello@rungentic.com.
What we collect from this website
Your name, work email address and the enquiry text you type into the scoping form.
Standard technical data generated by your visit, such as IP address, browser type and referring page, logged by our hosting and form providers for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details solely to respond to you, arrange a scoping call and, if you proceed, to set up your engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, once engaged, the performance of our contract with you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles.
Who processes it
Web3Forms — receives and forwards form submissions to our mailbox.
hCaptcha — verifies that the submission is not automated.
Google Workspace — hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry.
Cloudflare — serves and protects this website.
Each is engaged under its own data processing terms and may process data outside Singapore. Where a transfer leaves Singapore or the EEA we rely on the recipient's contractual commitments to maintain a comparable standard of protection.
Client operating data
Data you give us access to during an engagement — your ledgers, CRM records, customer contacts and similar — is processed by us only on your instructions, for the purposes set out in the agreed SOPs. Analysts work through named user accounts inside your own systems, which you create, monitor and can revoke at any time. We apply least-privilege access, and access is removed on the last day of an analyst's assignment or the end of the engagement, whichever is earlier.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards where we are required to retain them for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Working files created during an engagement are deleted on request at the end of the engagement.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing. Write to the address above and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or the EEA.
Version 1.0 · Effective 1 July 2026.
GDPR & PDPA Position
We market to clients in Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the UAE and the United States, so an engagement can involve personal data covered by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and by the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation at the same time. This section sets out how we handle that.
Our role
For your operating data we act as a data processor and you act as the controller. We process personal data only on your documented instructions, which for day-to-day purposes are the agreed SOPs and the written requests your team gives the analyst. If we ever believe an instruction breaches applicable data protection law, we will tell you rather than act on it.
Processor commitments
Our personnel are bound by written confidentiality obligations that survive the end of their engagement.
Access is granted on a least-privilege basis through named accounts you control, and revoked promptly on reassignment or exit.
We will assist you, at your cost where the effort is substantial, with data subject requests, impact assessments and regulator enquiries.
We will notify you without undue delay, and in any case within 3-5 business days, of becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
On termination we delete or return your data at your election, save where retention is legally required.
We will not engage a new sub-processor for your data without giving you prior notice and a chance to object.
International transfers
Delivery is performed from Singapore and Bengaluru, India. Where your engagement involves personal data originating in the UK or EEA, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as applicable, supported by the technical and organisational measures described above. Under the PDPA we take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient is bound to a comparable standard of protection.
Data processing agreement
We will sign a data processing agreement as part of onboarding. If your organisation has its own DPA or standard clauses, send them to us during scoping and we will review and, where the terms are reasonable, sign yours instead of ours.
This is a summary of our position and is not legal advice. The executed DPA governs.
NDA & Confidentiality
Confidentiality is not an optional extra on an engagement of this kind, so it is covered in three places rather than one.
Before you share anything
We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement governed by Singapore law before any scoping call that involves your commercial detail, and always before any system access is granted. If you prefer your own template, send it across and we will review and sign it. There is no charge for this and no obligation to proceed afterwards.
In the services agreement
The engagement contract carries its own confidentiality clause covering your data, your customers' data, your pricing, your suppliers and anything else disclosed in the course of the work. It survives the end of the engagement indefinitely for trade secrets and for 5 years for other confidential information.
With the individual analyst
Every analyst and supervising lead is individually bound by written confidentiality obligations with us, backed by the employment or contractor agreement under which they are engaged. Client names and client work are not used as references, case studies or portfolio material without your written permission.
Practical controls
Named individual accounts only — no shared logins, no credential sharing between analysts.
Access limited to the systems and permission levels the SOP actually requires.
Access revoked by you at any time, without needing to go through us.
No copying of client data to personal devices or personal accounts.
Request the NDA template from the operations desk at hello@rungentic.com.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
The only third-party storage set on this page comes from hCaptcha, which is loaded on the enquiry form to distinguish human submissions from automated ones. It is set when the form is opened and is strictly necessary for that security function. Our hosting provider may also set a short-lived security cookie to protect the site from abuse.
If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we will add a consent banner and update this section before doing so.
